Shipping


I ship all my packages using Australia Post. Shipping is available Australia wide and Internationally.

Pricing is in Australian dollars and the currency conversion for international orders is calculated once you proceed to PayPal. You can review the conversion before you have to confirm the order.

Please note that all physical orders are shipped with tracking. If you would like to purchase extra insurance  or sign on delivery please contact me so this can be arranged.

I keep the postage costs as low as possible by charging a flat fee of $10 and FREE Postage on Australian Domestic orders over $120AU shipped to an Australian address.

United States :-  NOT available for physical or handmade products

Canada:- $29AU - approx $27CAN

New Zealand : $15 AU - approx $17NZ

If your country is not listed then you can purchase through my ETSY store

Simply add products to your cart and the system will calculate a postage cost before you need to process payment.  All taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to weather and other delays times may not be accurate. Please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally. 


International  Addresses

Yes I ship internationally, just add products to your cart and select your country. Change the Australian currency to your own currency and you will be able to see the prices in your own currency. 

NOTE: European customers need to go to my ETSY store to purchase your items due to VAT payments. Please contact me and I can arrange to set up a custom order for you.

US Tariff and Duties Information

On 29th August 2025, the United States Government removed the De Minimis threshold and introduced mandatory tariffs on goods shipped to the US.

All PHYSICAL and HANDMADE items will not be shipped to the US until further notice. Digital PDF products are still available.

I received a shipping confirmation, but did not receive my order. What happens now?

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and an electronic link. Once the parcel has been lodged we cannot take responsibility for the transit times. If in the event that your parcel has been incorrectly delivered or has missed its expected delivery date, please email at info@altogetherpatchwork.com

Please note 
Altogether Patchwork is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.
Please ensure address is correct upon checkout and contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address. 

Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed 

Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 

Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Altogether Patchwork is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Altogether Patchwork's control.
